Hey everyone,
I’d like to share a preview of the promotional video for my upcoming project. This has NOT been released anywhere yet and I’d be grateful if you kept it for yourself, at least for now. You’ll notice I’m not using the Jaycee Knight pseudonym for this since I want to keep that project from my more adult content, but it’s still me.
As I mentioned in earlier posts, Wondollar will be doing illustrations for this project, so you’ll get to see more of his amazing art (though he’ll probably use a different name for the same reasons I am).
Thanks,
–Jaycee

I can tell you art and promo is done very well.
I’ll definitely keep an reminder present for November 1st to look (RSS doesn’t seem to be existend right now)
What irritates me all the buildings, high fantasy clothing in the drawings build a contrast to the one hero with a modern gun. I see old school boats with sails, “pirates” with daggers, babarians with barenaked chests and ominous guys in hoods.
It’s feeling like a realy strong contrast. And it makes me really interested how sth like this would turn in a story.

I’m glad you like it. I’ll go check to see how I can activate the RSS.
You point out that is a world of high contrast, and you are correct. My commitment is to create a credible fantasy world, one very much like our own, where characters, places, and “technologies” (including magic) aren’t so stereotypical or homogenous. The art wasn’t created specifically for this trailer, but it’s chosen with the intent of creating the feeling of a broad, rich, and diverse world.

Wow.
Step out into real life for a year,…. come back for some “comfort” chuckles, And find out the strip has shut down somewhat peacefully.
Well JaCee may you prosper in whatever you do next, I ain’t mad at you, I’m coming back from “Life goes on” myself and I hope you do well.
Peace.
Jaycee
Funny you’d mention coming back after a year, today marks the exact date when I shut down the comic last year.

You do realize that if you post something in an open-to-the-public webpage you can’t reasonably expect it to be kept a secret?

It goes without saying that people can do anything they want with this preview. If they intend to help, though, it’d be best to wait for the final version.
