She’s at the “center” of the effect, after all, so she’s probably wearing the least clothing.
Now, does the music’s effect weaken, over distance?
… does it have to be heard, in order to take affect?
… & that tremble in her hands – is her libido affected also?

If the sleeve became detached at the shoulders, the cuffs would have fallen over her hands not ridden up her arms. The cuffs should be interfering with her fingers.
