That’s what it looks like. During the part where her memory was apparently erased, some fairy put enchantments on her. Now they are going off like time bombs. We don’t know how many there are, when they will trigger or what effect they will have.

I hope the outfit is just made of low-grade cloth, because I’d hate to think how heavy those breasts would have to be to rip good-quality cloth through their mass… or through muscle. o_o
And yes, I know breasts do not normally contain muscle. I was just reminded of a sci-fi novel that features a water-adapted form of humanity whose women did have muscle tissue in their breasts — so they could nurse underwater, where the water pressure was too high for babies to suckle normally.
If that happens, Jaycee really needs to start checking himself for wings in the morning, considering what he’s been getting up to with the assistance of Minx…
