I’ve joined a cool (and sexy) Valentine’s Day marketing campaign. Check out all these other sexy comics!

Patreon Campaign is LIVE!
The Patreon campaign to revive Bloomin’ Faeries! is officially ON.
There are 4 tiers:
Faerie Egg (Reader)
There are only 500 spots in there, and it’s $1 per comic. This lets you read the script as it goes out to Wondollar, and you get the comic as soon as it’s ready. This means up to several weeks before the public sees it, and in higher resolution.
Faerie Trainee (Supporter)
Unlimited spots at $2 per comic. It’s like Faerie Egg, plus once a week, I’ll publish 2-3 strips from the old backlog. Over time, you’ll get everything.
Faerie Mistress (Fan)
Unlimited spots at $5 per comic. It’s like Faerie Trainee, plus you get the sketches from Wondollar as I get them. Also, once a week, I’ll publish 1 item (comic page, strip, ebook, etc.) from the old members-only area. Over time, you’ll get everything.
Faerie Whisperer (Contributor)
This is the coolest reward, and there’s only 10 spots (at $10 per comic each). This means you’re part of the people who actively contribute to the story. You get polled, you get to submit story ideas, you can even get to choose descriptions & names for new characters that get introduced (who knows, it might even be YOU!). And of course, you get everything else from the other rewards.
You can find the campaign by clicking on the image below.
What About the IndieGoGo Campaign?
At the time of this writing, I’m still waiting for the disbursement of the money they’re supposed to send me. I’m becoming concerned and now looking for ways to reach out to IndieGoGo & clear up any problems. It’s still technically within the original deadline they said (15 working days), but I’m a bit worried.
No matter what, however, everyone will get the rewards they were promised (except the comic themselves, if it turns out I don’t receive the money to make them). 🙁

Indiegogo Campaign Ending!
Great news everyone, the campaign ended yesterday. I’m waiting to get the money from Indiegogo before getting Wondollar started on the comic, but I’m expecting the transfer to occur any time in the coming week. Since this is my first time using Indiegogo, I’m not sure how quickly they will get the money to me. I’ll update you some time next week.
We’ve made enough money to create THREE comics, so that’s what’s coming down the pipe. I don’t seem to be able to post updates on the campaign anymore, so I’ll have to find a way to keep everyone who contributed informed. Again, I’m learning the ropes of Indiegogo as I go, so please be patient with me while I do.
Lastly, the obvious question: what’s next?
I’m working on a Patreon page for the comic. My goal is to have the comic be supported by backers, who’ll have a say in what happens in the comic based on the level of contribution they have. I would love to be able to bring the comic back weekly, and Patreon seems like the best way of going about that. There’s an option to charge backers per comic, and that’s what I’m looking into. I’m thinking of three backer levels at the moment:
- $2 per comic: you get to read the scripts in advance
- $5 per comic: as $2, plus you get to see the sketch in advance & vote on minor story details (choice of characters in a strip, specific kink, lines of dialogues, etc.); if I ever reach $750 of revenues per comic, you also get the occasional digital goodie (bonus art).
- $10 per comic: as $5, plus you get to see the final strip in advance & vote on story arcs; if I ever reach $1000 of revenues per comic, you also get the occasional physical goodie (to be shipped).
I may throw in more stuff as I’m able to, but obviously I have to keep an eye on costs. Unlike before, I hope to earn some revenues for myself from this venture (up to last year, I was treating it as just a hobby, so it didn’t matter–now I want to live full time from this and other creative ventures). But I can promise you that as much as I can, I’ll do what I can to make it worth your while. This may include (for example) small short erotic stories featuring one character or another from the strip (or other characters I come up with). Those, of course, would be sent to members of every tier, not just those who pay the most (though obviously, I may have some exclusive stuff for them as well).
Anyway, that’s the plan as it now stands. I hope to have the Patreon page live by early February.
Thanks again to everyone who supported the Indiegogo campaign.

Strip #411 is Funded
Some time yesterday, we crossed the $1000 threshold, so this ensures that we’ll also do #411.
Both #410 and #411 will come out soon after the campaign has ended and I have received the funds from Indiegogo. We’ll resume the old Monday night updates from that point on.
I’m working on a Patreon campaign to help bring the comic back to a regular weekly schedule. While Indiegogo is nice enough for a couple of strips, the credit card fees make this a bit complicated (and who wants to feed banks, credit cards and other leeches, right?). I’d rather that money goes to Wondollar and myself so we can keep on earning a living doing this.
So stay tuned, I will be announcing the details of the campaign in a few weeks.
Thanks!

Strip #410 is FINANCED!
Just 5 days into the campaign, Strip #410 is already financed.
If I’m being honest, it’s still a little hard to wrap my brain around it. Writing and producing that comic has always felt like a very lonely place to be, and not one that I was ever sure was worth the time or money I had invested in it. It always felt like trashy writing to me, not something I was particularly proud of or something I thought people were really invested in.
Clearly, I need to readjust my thinking.
So as of just 10 minutes ago, we’ve achieved 100% of the goal to get one comic produced. That means #410 is going to happen. Does this mean the comic is back?
Well, it’s hard to tell right at this moment, but that might very well be the case. We’ll see how it all goes. Part of my job now is to get the script written & drawn by Wondollar. If the campaign goes crazy and brings in lots of money, we might be able to finance several comics out of it, and perhaps use the extra money to float this over to Patreon, where the support framework is more appropriate to this format (and the fees significantly lower). There are still several steps to making all this a reality, but a big one has been made and that’s very encouraging.
Thank you so much to everyone who’s supported this silly comic, I’m grateful in ways I can’t express.

Jenny Poussin – Bold & Expanded
About 2+ years ago, I got permission from sexy fitness model Jenny Poussin (a fellow French Canadian) to use her as a character in a sexy fantasy story I had in mind. (Jenny, as I discovered, is not just sexy, she’s a gamer as well—and I mean the D&D type, not just a console gamer.)
The story I had in mind took place at the Montreal Comic-Con, with her dressed in a sexy G.I. Joe Baroness costume. It also features my idiot namesake as well as Attitude, whom most of you already know if you read my blog. With Jenny’s permission, I went ahead and wrote it. My interest in publishing these stories was flailing at the time, however, and I never got around to publishing it. It slept in a dusty folder all this time, and I just chanced upon it recently. I really liked it and thought it was a shame to let it die a slow death.
Since I recently got on Wattpad, I needed something to publish just to get my feet (and Jenny) wet, so I pulled the story out and put it up there. Maybe some of you have already found it. If not, well, it’s up there now. I’ve already added two sections to it.
You can find it here:
It’s going to be there for a while, until I’m “done” with it, at which point I may transfer it to Amazon/Smashwords as an ebook with a price tag. So you get a free preview if you go there now.

How About One More Strip?
Hey look! That’s probably the shittiest-looking campaign on Indiegogo ever, but if this works out, I’ll make the next ones better, honest. Just don’t have the assets to do something pretty at the moment. 🙁
Backlog of Comics?
Hi,
I’m discussing with a professional network about making the backlog of BF comics available on their (pay) site. Any thoughts on the matter?
Thanks,

Work In Progress
Hey everyone,
I’d like to share a preview of the promotional video for my upcoming project. This has NOT been released anywhere yet and I’d be grateful if you kept it for yourself, at least for now. You’ll notice I’m not using the Jaycee Knight pseudonym for this since I want to keep that project from my more adult content, but it’s still me.
As I mentioned in earlier posts, Wondollar will be doing illustrations for this project, so you’ll get to see more of his amazing art (though he’ll probably use a different name for the same reasons I am).
Thanks,
–Jaycee
Clarifying a Few Things
Yes, the site is back, but only for the purpose of publishing one final strip. It’s not back and I’m no longer in the business of publishing adult content.
You might have already tried to find the old comics–sorry, it’s all gone from the site and I have no plans to re-release them. I’m sure the strips still linger somewhere in some obscure corner of the internet, but I’ve moved on to other things in my life and would be grateful if you’d all accept that.
You’re probably wondering why I stopped. I’ve certainly received a lot of questions, and there were plenty of fascinating conspiracy threads on the internet—the more entertaining ones having to do with someone doxing me and “going after my kids” or regarding some readership grumbling about some of the latest comics. Let me reassure you, neither of these scenarios bear any resemblance with reality. While I was doxed, it wasn’t until weeks after I closed the site (a classy gesture from an upset fan, I suppose). Also, since I have no kids (or a wife), it’d be hard to leverage them against me. Truth is, there were a lot of people in my life who knew I was doing the comic, it wasn’t a big secret. Certainly, every girl I dated knew about it very early in our relationship. I was always upfront about it.
And none of it was about reader feedback either. Membership and readership stayed steady for years, throughout all kinds of story arcs, so a few irritated readers weren’t going to change the story I was going to tell. For what it’s worth, Albert and Heather were never going to sleep together. It was fun making everyone believe they might, and that was the extent to which I was going to indulge that kind of fantasy.
So no, that wasn’t it. Things happened in my private life and I made the decision to shut it down. That’s all I’m willing to share. It wasn’t the end of the world, my life went on merrily after that, and there was no drama. There were no SJWs hunting me down, or #metoo warriors trying to sue me, or right-wing nutjobs trying to shut me down because “OMG sex!” It’s all good. It all turned out okay.
So that’s it. Feel free to come here from time to time, who knows, I might post some stuff once in a while. Y’know, just for shits and giggles.
