Service Trouble

Hi all, I apologize for the irregular service this week. My hosting service (Arvixe) has moved the site to a new server a few days ago, promising all of us on the old server that this would result in improved performance. This had obviously not been the case. To make matters worse, I happen to be on vacation in Latin America, with no computer and only an iPad to manage this situation. Calling them would be prohibitively expensive, so I can only proceed through emails, and Arvixe is slow to respond. I’m hoping this is resolved shortly and appreciate your understanding during that period. Thanks, –Jaycee
